text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Lucrul in camp de radiatii<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Pentru controlul lucrului in camp de radiatii sunt elaborate proceduri care asigura evaluarea si identificarea pericolelor radiologice si masuri adecvate de protectie pentru executia si conducerea lucrarilor.<\/p><blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #333333;\"><p align=\"justify\"><strong>a)<\/strong>\u00a0Este stabilit un sistem de permise (autorizatii) de lucru in camp de radiatii, care asigura ca toate activitatile in camp de radiatii sunt verificate si aprobate la un nivel ierarhic corespunzator inainte de realizarea lor. Nivelul de aprobare creste proportional cu cresterea pericolelor.<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><strong>b)<\/strong>\u00a0Pentru lucrarile in campuri cu nivele mari de radiatii, este stabilit un proces riguros de planificare a lucrului, care sa demonstreze ca au fost luati in considerare toti factorii necesari, iar dozele de radiatii vor fi in concordanta cu principiul\u00a0<strong>ALARA<\/strong>*.<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><strong>c)<\/strong>\u00a0Personalul Departamentului Radioprotectie, SM &amp; PSI\u00a0este implicat in planificarea, aprobarea si conducerea lucrarilor cu pericole mari de iradiere.<\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><em><strong>* ALARA<\/strong>\u00a0=\u00a0<strong>As Low As Reasonably Achievable<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; la o valoare cat mai scazuta cu putinta. Acest proces include masurari ale campurilor de radiatii, echipamente de protectie, controlul contaminarii si iradierii, folosirea sculelor speciale, proceduri de lucru, instalatii pentru pregatire (antrenamente), calificare si instruire a muncitorilor, precum si supravegherea.<\/em><\/p><h3 style=\"color: #416098; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Limite de doza<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Limitele de doze utilizate la CNE Cernavoda sunt in concordanta cu Normele Fundamentale de Securitate Radiologica (NSR-01\/2002) si recomandarile Comisiei Internationale de Protectie Radiologica (ICRP) stabilite in publicatia 60.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Obiectivele pentru dozele individuale si colective sunt stabilite anual. Sunt stabilite obiective de limitare a dozelor pentru anumite lucrari si echipe de lucratori in functie de situatia existenta, ca masura de control intermediar.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">De asemenea este stabilit un sistem de control al dozelor incasate, pentru identificarea zonelor cu probleme si pentru luarea unor masuri corective in timp util.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><h3 style=\"color: #416098; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Monitorizarea spatiilor de lucru. Controlul contaminarii.<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Zona Controlata Radiologic este o zona supusa unor reguli speciale in scopul protectiei contra radiatiilor ionizante si al prevenirii raspandirii contaminarii radioactive, si in care accesul este controlat.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Din acest punct de vedere Programul de Radioprotectie acopera un element principal: sunt stabilite spatiile de lucru care vor fi monitorizate, pentru a asigura informatii asupra pericolelor radiologice din centrala.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Natura si frecventa monitorizarii spatiilor de lucru sunt stabilite astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t sa permita:<\/p><ul style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\"><li>evaluarea conditiilor radiologice in toate spatiile de lucru;<\/li><li>estimarea expunerilor \u00een zona controlata.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Monitorizarea de rutina a spatiilor de lucru are ca scop confirmarea conditiilor satisfacatoare ale mediului de lucru pentru desfasurarea activitatilor si sa evidentieze schimbarile care ar putea impune revizuirea procedurilor de lucru.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Monitorizarile legate de anumite activitati au ca scop furnizarea de informatii despre conditiile radiologice existente in spatiile in care acestea urmeaza sa se desfasoare si constituie baza deciziilor imediate care se iau pentru executarea lor.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Sunt monitorizate:<\/p><ul style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\"><li>Conditiile radiologice din spatiile de lucru;<\/li><li>Contaminarea personalului;<\/li><li>Contaminarea materialelor si echipamentelor;<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Comunicarea si inregistrarea rezultatelor monitorizarilor sunt efectuate in conformitate cu procedurile elaborate de Departamentul Radioprotectie.<\/p><h3 style=\"color: #416098; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Pregatirea personalului in domeniul radioprotectiei<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Un element cheie in exploatarea in siguranta a unei centrale nucleare il reprezinta personalul. Angajatii proprii si lucratorii externi sunt selectionati si pregatiti in scopul garantarii capacitatii lor de a executa in siguranta sarcinile primite.<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333; text-align: justify;\">Programul de pregatire asigura instruirea teoretica si practica in domeniul radioprotectiei pentru un numar suficient de angajati ai Centralei si \u00a0contractorilor externi, la un nivel care sa permita asigurarea propriei protectii la radiatii si asumarea responsabilitatii protectiei altor persoane.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
