data-toggle=\"tab\" href=\"#4jls-2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>Viziteaz\u0103 FCN Pite\u0219ti<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-content clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-pane fade in active show\" role=\"tabpanel\" id=\"4jls-0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-content-item no_image\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nuclearelectrica.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Producerea-de-combustibil-nuclear-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Producerea de combustibil nuclear\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><strong>Fabrica de Combustibil Nuclear<\/strong> este amplasata langa orasul Mioveni \u2013 Arges la circa 25 km de Pitesti.<\/p><p>Infiintata in anul 1992 \u00a0prin separarea Sectiei de Productie Elemente Combustibile \u00a0(SPEC) din Structura IRNE, fabrica este autorizata de AECL Canada ca furnizor de combustibil nuclear de tip CANDU 6 si in prezent asigura necesarul de combustibil pentru Unitatile 1 si 2 de la centrala nuclearoelectrica Cernavoda (aprox. 11.000 fascicule combustibile).<\/p><p>Combustibilul utilizat de catre centralele tip CANDU 6 are la baza uraniu natural.<\/p><p>\u00a0Pe durata de viata a unui fascicul de combustibil nuclear in reactor, aproximativ 1 an, un fascicule de combustibil CANDU 6 genereaza o cantitate de 1.115 MWh. Aceeasi cantitate de energie poate fi obtinuta prin arderea combustibilului fosil in centrale conventionale dupa cum urmeaza:<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0470.000 kg combustibil conventional cu putere caloric de 7.000 Kcal\/kg<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a01.110.000 kg carbune superior cu putere calorica de 3.200 Kcal\/Kg<\/p><p>\u2013 \u00a0363.000 Nm3 de gaz natural cu putere caloric de 8.050\u00a0Kcal\/Nm3<\/p><p>FCN Pitesti poate oferi consultanta, asisitenta tehnica si o serie de echipamente celor interesati in transfer de tehnologie de fabricare a combustibilului nuclear.<\/p><p><strong>SN Nuclearelectrica SA<\/strong>\u00a0anunta fabricarea fascicului de combustibil nuclear cu numarul 150 000 de catre sucursala sa, Fabrica de Combustibil Nuclear Pitesti (\u201eFCN Pitesti\u201d).<\/p><p><strong>FCN Pitesti<\/strong>\u00a0este singurul producator autorizat la nivel global, in afara Canadei, pentru productia de fascicule de combustibil aferente tehnologiei CANDU 6 de catre AECL Canada (actuala Candu Energy) si Zircatec Precision Industries Inc Canada.<\/p><p>Anual,\u00a0<strong>centrala nucleara de la Cernavoda<\/strong>\u00a0consuma aproximativ 10.000 fascicule de combustibil nuclear produse de FCN Pitesti. Din punct de vedere calitativ si al rezultatelor aferente procesului de productie, FCN Pitesti inregistreaza o rata de defectare a fasciculelor de combustibil mult sub limita admisa de Autoritatea de Proiectare a Sistemului CANDU, fapt confirmat de datele de operare si productie ale CNE Cernavoda, beneficiarul direct al productiei de la FCN Pitesti.<\/p><p><em>\u201eScopul FCN Pitesti este sa asigure combustibil nuclear de inalta calitate pentru operarea in conditii de securitate maxima a unitatilor nucleare de la Cernavoda, sa dezvolte si sa imbunatateasca continuu liniile de fabricatie, sa inoveze si sa adauge valoare adaugata Nuclearelectrica prin integrarea produselor proprii intr-un circuit nuclear cu rezultate deosebite. Industria nucleara isi bazeaza performanta pe calitatea si robustetea produselor sale, pe respectarea normelor si standardelor de securitate si protectie si pe resursa umana inalt specializata\u201d-Florin Gheba, Director FCN Pitesti<\/em><\/p><p>Utilizarea celor 150.000 de fascicule de combustibil nuclear produce o cantitate de energie electric\u0103 de 167 TWh. Aceea\u0219i cantitate de energie electric\u0103 poate fi ob\u021binut\u0103 \u00een centralele clasice prin arderea a 333 milioane de tone c\u0103rbune brun, 166,5 milioane tone huil\u0103 energetic\u0103\u00a0 sau 47,5 milioane de tone de p\u0103cur\u0103.<\/p><p><em>\u201eIndustria nucleara romaneasca este in prezent un model de performanta si eficienta pentru multe alte domenii si un mare avantaj pentru nevoile romanesti de sistem energetic, mediu si consumator. In peste 30 de ani, specialistii romani au reusit sa initieze si sa dezvolte un program nuclear care plaseaza Romania pe primul loc in lume la coeficientul de utilizare a puterii instalate, asadar sa valorifice impecabil resurse naturale, materiale si umane.\u201d.-Daniela Lulache, Director General SN Nuclearelectrica SA<\/em><\/p><p>Productia FCN Pitesti respecta cerintele de calitate aferente industriei nucleare, de protec\u021bie a mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor, de siguran\u021b\u0103 nuclear\u0103\u00a0 \u015fi\u00a0 s\u0103n\u0103tate \u015fi securitate \u00een munc\u0103.<\/p><p>Prin combustibilul nuclear produs la FCN Pite\u015fti \u015fi folosit \u00een cele dou\u0103 unit\u0103\u021bi nucleare de la Cernavod\u01ce, S.N. 1979<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Dezvoltarea tehnologiilor nucleare:<\/strong> \u00cen cadrul ITN, sec\u021biile &#8220;Materiale Nucleare&#8221; \u0219i &#8220;Elemente Combustibile \u0219i Structuri&#8221; au sarcina de a dezvolta tehnici, tehnologii \u0219i echipamente pentru fabricarea combustibilului nuclear.<\/li><\/ul><h4>1977<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Fabricarea fasciculelor CANDU:<\/strong> Sunt produse primele 4 fascicule de combustibil nuclear de tip CANDU cu 28 de elemente.<\/li><\/ul><h4>1978<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Progrese \u00een dezvoltarea tehnologiilor CANDU:<\/strong> Se \u00eencepe dezvoltarea tehnologiilor \u0219i echipamentelor pentru fabricarea fasciculului de combustibil CANDU 660 cu 37 de elemente.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Decembrie 1978<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Fabricarea fasciculelor CANDU 6:<\/strong> Sunt fabricate 20 de fascicule de tip CANDU 6, pe baza proiectului \u0219i tehnologiilor dezvoltate.<\/li><\/ul><h4>1980<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Crearea Sec\u021biei de Produc\u021bie Elemente Combustibile (SPEC):<\/strong> SPEC este \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 pentru produc\u021bia de elemente de combustibil.<\/li><\/ul><h4>2 decembrie 1985<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Omologarea combustibilului nuclear:<\/strong> Conform legisla\u021biei na\u021bionale, combustibilul fabricat \u00een SPEC este omologat.<\/li><\/ul><h4>1983 &#8211; 1990<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Produc\u021bie extins\u0103 de combustibil nuclear:<\/strong> Sunt fabricate 31.707 fascicule de combustibil nuclear tip CANDU 6, cu un con\u021binut total de aproximativ 600 de tone de uraniu.<\/li><\/ul><h4>31 ianuarie 1992<\/h4><ul><li><strong>\u00cenfiin\u021barea Fabricii de Combustibil Nuclear (FCN):<\/strong> Fabrica este creat\u0103 prin separarea Sec\u021biei de Produc\u021bie Elemente Combustibile din cadrul Institutului de Cercet\u0103ri Nucleare.<\/li><\/ul><h4>1992 &#8211; 1994<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Dezvoltare tehnic\u0103 cu asisten\u021b\u0103 canadian\u0103:<\/strong> Un program de dezvoltare tehnic\u0103 \u0219i tehnologica este realizat cu sprijinul AECL \u0219i ZPI.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Octombrie 1994<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Lot de demonstra\u021bie:<\/strong> Sub supravegherea AECL \u2013 ZPI, sunt fabricate 202 fascicule de combustibil nuclear, dintre care 66 sunt utilizate pentru \u00eenc\u0103rcarea ini\u021bial\u0103 a reactorului Unit\u0103\u021bii 1 de la Cernavod\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><h4>1995<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Produc\u021bie de fascicule:<\/strong> Sunt produse 1678 de fascicule de combustibil nuclear, sub supravegherea AECL.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Decembrie 1995<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Autorizare ca furnizor de combustibil nuclear:<\/strong> FCN Pite\u0219ti prime\u0219te autorizarea pentru furnizarea de combustibil nuclear pentru reactoare CANDU 6, conform standardului CSA \u2013 Z \u2013 299.2.<\/li><\/ul><h4>2 iulie 1998<\/h4><ul><li><strong>\u00cenfiin\u021barea Nuclearelectrica SA:<\/strong> Prin Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea de Guvern nr. 365\/1998, se \u00eenfiin\u021beaz\u0103 Societatea Na\u021bional\u0103 &#8220;Nuclearelectrica&#8221; SA, incluz\u00e2nd \u0219i FCN Pite\u0219ti.<\/li><\/ul><h4>18 decembrie 2001<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Programul de dublare a capacit\u0103\u021bii:<\/strong> Se aprob\u0103 planul de dublare a capacit\u0103\u021bii de produc\u021bie, realizat preponderent \u00eentre 2002 \u0219i 2004.<\/li><\/ul><h4>21 septembrie 2004<\/h4><ul><li><strong>\u00cenceperea produc\u021biei pentru Unitatea 2 Cernavod\u0103:<\/strong> Se lanseaz\u0103 produc\u021bia de combustibil nuclear destinat reactorului Unit\u0103\u021bii 2.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Septembrie 2007<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Performan\u021b\u0103 de calitate:<\/strong> FCN atinge performan\u021ba de 75 de luni consecutive f\u0103r\u0103 combustibil suspect de defect \u00een Unitatea 1 de la Cernavod\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><h4>2009 &#8211;
