Nina Popa
Ms. Popa Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Faculty of Commerce, a postgraduate certificate in business administration from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, and a master’s degree in public administration and European integration from the Faculty of Management at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
Ms. Popa Nina has over 33 years of experience in the economic and financial field, managing issues related to assets, revenue and expenditure budgets, balance sheets, and structuring programs for economic operators. She also has over 25 years of experience in administration, as a representative of the state in the General Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee of economic operators under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy, including the energy sector.
