Item 2:\u00a0The approval of the distribution of dividends in compliance with the provisions of art. II and art. III of OUG no. 29\/2017, the approval of the total value of the gross dividends in amount of 238.000.000 lei, of the value of the gross dividend per share of 0,78935014 lei, of the dividend payment date, namely 28 December 2018 and of the payment method, as provided in the Note presented to the shareholders.<\/a><\/p>\n
