Convening notice of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 30.01.2020<\/a><\/p>\n

The Regulation regarding the organization and unfolding of the General Meetings of Shareholders updated in December 2018 through the BoD Decision no. 231\/18.12.2018<\/a><\/p>\n

Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders<\/h1>\n

Item 2: The approval <\/strong>of the initiation of the selection procedure of a member of SNN\u2019s Board of Directors in compliance with OUG 109\/2011 regarding the corporate governance of public companies with its subsequent amendtments.<\/p>\n

Item 3: The approval <\/strong>to mandate SNN\u2019s Board of Directors to unfold the procedure selection of the BoD member.<\/p>\n

Item 4: The election <\/strong>of a provisional BoD member for a 4-month mandate (secret vote).<\/p>\n
