Item 2 –Approval <\/a><\/strong>of the proposal on the distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2025 by destination, approval of the total amount of gross dividends in the amount of 1,179,633,972 le<\/strong>i, of the amount of the gross dividend per share in the amount of 3.91068407 lei\/share,\u00a0 of the date of registration, respectively, 23.06.2026<\/strong>,\u00a0 of the date of payment of the dividends, i.e. 13.07.2026<\/strong>, and of the terms of payment. (Amendment made by the majority shareholder, the Ministry of Energy)<\/a><\/p>
