Acest proiect este vital pentru reducerea impactului tritiului asupra mediului \u0219i pentru cre\u0219terea eficien\u021bei opera\u021bionale a centralei nucleare.<\/p><h3><strong>Descrierea Proiectului<\/strong><\/h3><p>Instala\u021bia de detritiere (CTRF) va elimina tritiul din apa grea utilizat\u0103 \u00een sistemele de r\u0103cire \u0219i moderare ale reactoarelor. Prin aceasta, va permite reutilizarea apei grele pentru o perioad\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 ca aceasta s\u0103 devin\u0103 de\u0219eu radioactiv. De asemenea, tritiul recuperat va fi stocat \u00een condi\u021bii de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i poate fi utilizat pentru viitoare reactoare de fuziune.<\/p><p><strong>Etapele de Implementare<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>2022<\/strong>: A fost semnat contractul de execu\u021bie (EPC) cu Korea Hydro &amp; Nuclear Power (KHNP), compania aleas\u0103 pentru dezvoltarea proiectului datorit\u0103 experien\u021bei sale \u00een domeniul instala\u021biilor similare.<\/li><li><strong>2023<\/strong>: A \u00eenceput ob\u021binerea autoriza\u021biilor necesare \u0219i lucr\u0103rile de construc\u021bie.<\/li><li><strong>2024<\/strong>:\u00a0Au fost obtinute autorizatiile de\u00a0Autoriza\u021bia de Amplasare,\u00a0Autoriza\u021bia de Construc\u021bie-Montaj\u00a0si\u00a0Autoriza\u021bia de Construire si a inceput executialucr\u0103rilor de construc\u021bie.<\/li><li><strong>202<\/strong><strong>6<\/strong>:\u00a0Se preconizeaza inceperea testelor pentru punere in functiune pentru instalatia de detritiere<\/li><li><strong>202<\/strong><strong>7<\/strong>:\u00a0Inceperea\u00a0func\u021bionarii de prob\u0103 pentru instalatia de detritiere, urmata de predarea catre operare<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Beneficii \u0219i Impact<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Mediu si populatie:<\/strong>\u00a0Proiectul CTRF reprezinta o concretizare la cel mai inalt nivel a preocuparilor continue ale CNE Cernavoda de imbunatatire a performantei de mediu, prin:<ul><li>reducerea expunerii profesionale la tritiu a lucratorilor, rezultand un impact pozitiv asupra asigurarii protectiei sanatatii personalului;<\/li><li>diminuarea evacuarilor de tritiu in efluenti, rezultand un impact pozitiv privind protec\u021bia populatiei si a mediului;<\/li><li>minimizarea concentratiilor de tritiu in deseurile radioactive generate de CNE Cernavoda, rezultand un impact pozitiv privind protectia populatiei si a mediului.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Socio-economic:\u00a0<\/strong><ul><li>Pe perioada derularii proiectului, se preconizeaza ca se vor crea peste 100 de locuri de munca.<\/li><li>In etapa de functionare a Instalatiei de Detritiere, vor fi create aproximativ 50 de locuri de munca pentru personal tehnic si de operare.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Contribu\u021bie la fuziunea nuclear\u0103<\/strong>: Tritiul extras\u00a0poate fi valorificat,\u00a0putand\u00a0fi utilizat \u00een viitoare reactoare de fuziune, transform\u00e2nd Rom\u00e2nia \u00eentr-o poten\u021bial\u0103 surs\u0103 de combustibil pentru fuziune.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Finan\u021bare<\/strong><\/p><p>Proiectul are un cost estimat de\u00a0<strong>25<\/strong><strong>4 milioane de euro<\/strong>, dintre care\u00a0<strong>150 milioane de euro<\/strong>\u00a0provin dintr-un \u00eemprumut acordat de Banca European\u0103\u00a0de Investitii\u00a0(BEI).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><table width=\"521\"><tbody><tr><td width=\"521\"><strong>Korea Hydro &amp; Nuclear Power CO.
