Each share that was subject of the Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica SA\u2019s offering was provided with an allotment right. The allotment rights were traded on the BSE during the period between 4-28 October 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #595959;text-align: justify\">Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica SA is the only nuclear power producer of Romania. The company is operating two CANDU 6 type reactors, using natural uranium as fuel and heavy water as moderator and cooling agent. Nuclearelectrica has two branches: the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant and FCN Pitesti- the nuclear fuel plant that manufactures the nuclear fuel necessary for the reactors operation.
