The disconnection from the the National Power Grid will occur on May 11, 2012, hours 00:00.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #595959;text-align: justify\">\u00a0During the planned outage, the following activities will be carried out within the following programs:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #595959;text-align: justify\">&#8211; Program of preventive, elective and corrective maintenance;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #595959;text-align: justify\">\u00a0&#8211; Program of mandatory inspections;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #595959;text-align: justify\">&#8211; Program of mandatory testing, in compliance with CNCAN\u2019s requirements, that can be performed only during an outage period;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #595959;text-align: justify\">-Program of implementation of project changes on certain systems\/equipment\/components.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #595959;text-align: justify\">The works will be performed under safe conditions for the plant personnel, public and environment in accordance with the approved procedures applied by the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Societatea Nationala NUCLEARELECTRICA S.A. announces that, on May 10, 2013, the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant\u2019s Unit 2 will begin its planned outage program.
