Item 2 –\u00a0The approval of the Quarterly Report of the Board of Directors for the first Quarter of 2019, prepared in compliance with the provisions of OUG no. 109\/2011 regarding corporate governance of public enterprises, as subsequently amended (\u201eOUG 109\/2011\u201d) and with those of art. 67 of the Law no. 24\/2017 regarding issuers of financial instruments and market operations.<\/a><\/p>\n

Item 4 –\u00a0Information on the transactions concluded by the directors or the managers, with employees, with shareholders holding the control over the company or a company controlled by them, pursuant to art. 52, par. (3) letter a) of OUG [Government Emergency Ordinance] no. 109\/2011, as subsequently amended and supplemented, during the period 01.02.2019 \u2013 30.04.2019.<\/a><\/p>\n
