(&#8220;SNN&#8221;) informs the shareholders and the investors that during the morning of June 10<sup>th<\/sup>, 2015, Unit 1 of Cernavoda NPP was disconnected in a controlled manner from the National Power System, in order to perform precise remediation works on electrical power evacuation system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This procedure will be performed with the reactor at reduced power without any potential negative impact on the nuclear safety of the reactor, on the operating staff, population and environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The reconnection of Cernavoda NPP Unit 1 to the National Power System will take place after the completion of the remediation works and the verification tests performed as per the procedures of the plant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Daniela Lulache<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Press release &nbsp; Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica S.A.
