<strong>Sucursala<\/strong> <strong>FCN Pite\u015fti<\/strong> recruteaz\u0103 personal \u00een vederea ocup\u0103rii <strong><em>unui post de<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>Operator CN <\/em><\/strong>cu contract de munc\u0103 \u00eencheiat pe perioad\u0103 <strong>nedeterminat\u0103<\/strong> \u00een cadrul <strong><em>Direc\u021biei Tehnice, Sec\u021bia Asamblare.<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Profilul postului (cerin\u021be minime):<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Absolvent de studii liceale, cu Diplom\u0103 de Bacalaureat, filiera teoretic\u0103 \u2013 profil real sau filiera tehnologic\u0103 \u2013 profil tehnic;<\/li><li>Apt conform Medicina Muncii privind expunerea la factorii de risc pentru solicitare vizual\u0103\/ fizic\u0103\/ psihic\u0103 \u0219i lucru \u00een mediu radioactiv \u0219i cu zgomot;<\/li><li>Disponibilitate pentru lucru \u00een dou\u0103 schimburi, la program prelungit \u0219i\/ sau ture;<\/li><li>Capacitate de adaptare la munca \u00een echip\u0103, la condi\u021bii de stres;<\/li><li>Rezisten\u021b\u0103 la executarea de activit\u0103\u021bi de rutin\u0103;<\/li><li>Capacitate de a lucra activit\u0103\u021bi desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een sistem de lucru procedural.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Cerin\u021be specifice postului: <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Cuno\u0219tin\u021be tehnice generale, Toleran\u021be \u0219i control dimensional, Bazele proceselor de prelucrare prin a\u0219chiere, Tehnologii de fabrica\u021bie, Logic\u0103 \u0219i perspicacitate.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Alte cerin\u021be<\/strong> care constituie un avantaj \u00een ocuparea postului vacant:<\/p><ul><li>Experien\u021ba anterioar\u0103 de lucru \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi de fabrica\u021bie &#8211; domeniul industrial \u2013 operare\/ programare strung\/ utilaj cu control numeric computerizat (CNC);<\/li><li>Disponibilitate \u0219i u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 \u00een asimilarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Fi\u0219a postului (responsabilit\u0103\u021bi, atribu\u021bii \u0219i sarcini ale postului):<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Respect\u0103 cerin\u021bele aplicabile din documenta\u021bia Sistemului de Management Integrat (Manual, proceduri, instruc\u021biuni etc.);<\/li><li>Respect\u0103 normele de radioprotec\u021bie \u0219i securitatea muncii, prevenirea \u0219i stingerea incendiilor, precum \u0219i celelalte reglement\u0103ri legale, necesare desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii \u00een condi\u021bii optime \u0219i de siguran\u021b\u0103 a muncii;<\/li><li>Respect\u0103 \u0219i aplic\u0103 cerin\u021bele documenta\u021biei identificate \u00een Fi\u0219a Individual\u0103 de instruire \u0219i autorizare FCN;<\/li><li>Informeaz\u0103 \u0219eful de schimb\/ tehnologul de proces atunci c\u00e2nd constat\u0103 c\u0103 nu poate aplica cerin\u021bele procedurilor;<\/li><li>Particip\u0103 la programele de instruire \u00een conformitate cu Programul cadru de instruire \u0219i con\u0219tientizare personal FCN;<\/li><li>P\u0103streaz\u0103 confiden\u021bialitatea documentelor\/ datelor\/ informa\u021biilor referitoare la activitatea FCN, puse la dispozi\u021bie ca efect al execut\u0103rii contractului de munc\u0103 sau ob\u021binute pe orice fel de suport prin accesarea facilit\u0103\u021bilor informatice ale FCN;<\/li><li>Opereaz\u0103 instala\u021biile \u00een conformitate cu documenta\u021bia specific\u0103 (proceduri de operare, proceduri tehnice de fabrica\u021bie);<\/li><li>Asigur\u0103 supravegherea instala\u021biilor \u0219i a dot\u0103rilor complementare locului de munc\u0103;<\/li><li>\u00cenlocuie\u0219te SDV \u0219i efectueaz\u0103 reglaje\/corec\u021bii asupra lor, pentru men\u021binerea \u00een stare bun\u0103 de func\u021bionare;<\/li><li>Alte responsabilit\u0103\u021bi conform fi\u0219ei postului.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Data limit\u0103 de depunere a dosarelor de candidatur\u0103 este\u00a016.01.2026, ora 12:00.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Dup\u0103 expirarea termenului de depunere a dosarelor de candidatur\u0103, membrii comisiei de examinare vor analiza con\u021binutul dosarelor candida\u021bilor \u00eenscri\u0219i, verific\u00e2nd \u00eendeplinirea condi\u021biilor de profil, pe baza documentelor prezentate (cererea de \u00eenscriere, copia CI, Curriculum Vitae, declara\u021bia GDPR) \u0219i vor aproba candidaturile care \u00eendeplinesc cerin\u021bele cumulativ.<\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>Dosarul candidatului<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00b9 <\/strong><em>pentru \u00eenscrierea \u00een procesul de selec\u021bie va con\u021bine<\/em><strong>: <\/strong><em>cererea de \u00eenscriere completat\u0103 potrivit modelului anexat, copia actului de identitate, Curriculum Vitae (semnat <strong>,,conform cu originalul\u201d<\/strong> pe fiecare fil\u0103), formularul GDPR, semnat de candidat<strong>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Probele de evaluare constau \u00een:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Evaluarea dosarelor candida\u0163ilor<\/strong> &#8211; prob\u0103 eliminatorie: proba const\u0103 \u00een analiza informa\u0163iilor cuprinse \u00een CV-ul fiec\u0103rui candidat, fiind urm\u0103rit\u0103 \u00eendeplinirea cerin\u0163elor de studii \u0219i profil prev\u0103zute \u00een anun\u021bul de recrutare. Candida\u0163ii care vor \u00eendeplini cumulativ cerin\u0163ele de ocupare a postului vor fi selecta\u0163i pentru urm\u0103toarea etap\u0103 a procesului de selec\u021bie \u0219i recrutare.<\/li><li><strong>Proba scris\u0103 <\/strong>&#8211; prob\u0103 eliminatorie &#8211; la care vor participa numai candida\u021bii care au fost selecta\u021bi \u00een urma evalu\u0103rii dosarelor de \u00eenscriere. Subiectele vor fi tip gril\u0103, iar baremul de promovare al probei scrise este de minimum 60 de puncte;<\/li><li><strong>Proba tip interviu profesional<\/strong> (prob\u0103 \u00eenregistrat\u0103, dup\u0103 ob\u021binerea acordului candidatului). La aceast\u0103 prob\u0103 vor participa candida\u021bii cu primele 7 punctaje, peste minimul de 60 de puncte, \u00een ordinea descresc\u0103toare a punctajelor ob\u021binute la proba scris\u0103, declara\u021bi \u201eadmis pentru proba interviu profesional\u201d. Proba tip interviu const\u0103 \u00een aplicarea unui set de \u00eentreb\u0103ri viz\u00e2nd experien\u021ba profesional\u0103, realiz\u0103rile profesionale anterioare, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele specifice profilului postului \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile necesare ocup\u0103rii postului. Notarea candida\u0163ilor se va face prin consensul membrilor comisiei care vor acorda puncte pe o scar\u0103 de la 1 la 10 pentru fiecare r\u0103spuns.<\/li><\/ul><p>Datele sus\u021binerii probelor vor fi comunicate numai candida\u021bilor admi\u0219i \u00een urma evalu\u0103rii dosarelor, respectiv \u00een urma promov\u0103rii probei scrise.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Nota final\u0103 a concursului va fi calculat\u0103 astfel: punctaj proba scris\u0103 &#8211; pondere 40% + punctaj interviu\u00a0 &#8211; pondere 60%. Candida\u021bii vor fi ierarhiza\u021bi \u00een ordinea descresc\u0103toare a punctajelor finale ob\u021binute, primul clasat fiind declarat Admis pentru ocuparea postului de Operator CN.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Probele concursului se vor sus\u021bine la sediul FCN, situat pe Platforma ICN-FCN din Mioveni, Str.
