The Annual Report of the Administrators prepared in compliance with the provisions of art. 227 of the Law no. 297\/2004 regarding the capital market and with the Annex np. 32 to the CNVM Regulation no. 1\/2006 for the financial year ended at 31 December 2015<\/a><\/p>\n

Item 5:\u00a0The approval of the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2015, of the gross dividend in total amount of 99.499.571 lei, of the dividend per share in amount of 0,33 lei, of the date of the dividend payment namely 28 June 2016 and of the payment methods provided in the Note presented to the shareholders.<\/a><\/p>\n
