Mission of the Support Services Department:
- Maintaining and managing the assets of CNE Cernavoda, within the area of responsibility, at an appropriate level of operation and use;
- Ensuring, at an appropriate qualitative level, the contractual obligations assumed by CNE Cernavoda in the area of support services.
The Support Services Department is made up of the departments: Administrative Service, External Objectives Administration Service, Heating Group and Transport Section, with the following main responsibilities:
- Ensuring logistical support, coordination and interface both with the plant’s departments, as well as with the institutions, organizations, companies with which CNE Cernavoda is in collaborative relations, for the smooth development of the following administrative activities;
- Administrative management of land lease contracts, office space leases and/or for other purposes, as well as electricity distribution contracts with resale of electricity, concluded by CNE Cernavoda with contracting companies located on the CNE Cernavoda platform;
- Administration of drawings/correspondence, control of documents and issuance/circulation of documentation inside and outside the plant;
- Ensuring appropriate living conditions in all SNN-owned homes in Cernavoda and Constanta;
- Ensuring optimal conditions for the preparation of hot food for CNE employees by managing space rental contracts for buffets and food preparation at the CNE canteen;
- Development of service and utility contracts (water, sewage, electricity, telephony, etc.) for the objectives located on the CNE Cernavoda Platform and in external objectives;
- Execution of maintenance and repair contracts in external facilities, property of CNE Cernavoda;
- Operation and maintenance of heating installations and networks, in order to provide thermal energy supply services to all consumers in the city of Cernavoda in good conditions;
- Ensuring transport conditions at an appropriate level of comfort and safety, for Cernavoda CNE personnel; ensuring the transport of materials and goods.
